Johnson County Health Foundation's Mission is "To raise charitable funds to benefit Johnson Memorial Hospital in improving the health of our community."

The Foundation gives philanthropic support, and scholarships to employees of Johnson Memorial Hospital, as well as county-wide to residents pursuing health care careers.
